Anovaa is looking for experienced Customer Service Specialists to join our expanding team. Come join a team of experienced lending experts in our Customer Service Specialist role. Our mission: to enable smart lending for bigger dreams and better loans! You will use web-based systems to respond to customer inquiries in a call center/loan processing environment. You will support customers through their loan origination journey for products including Personal Loans, Parent & Student Loans, Education Refinance and Revolving Credit Loans. A typical day in the life will be answering calls and other tasks assigned by your lead or supervisor. Some of those tasks include: • Responding to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures • Assisting customers in completing loan applications including document processing (i.e., income verification) • Gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries and logging customer calls • Communicating options for resolution in a timely manner • Using time management to prioritize calls and processing • Being solution oriented to de-escalate calls and drive resolution to problems • Informing customers about services and options available and assess customer needs • Providing assistance, training and troubleshooting support other team members (as needed) • Using standard reports and forms to track workload, response time and quality • Participating in planning and implementing department goals and make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Other duties as assigned As we’re hiring for our busiest season, there will be days you will be handling calls one after the other. Don’t worry, we will give you two breaks and a lunch because we know a break is needed to recharge and refresh. We also offer overtime, and those hours are paid at an overtime rate (based on state or federal law). Your efforts won’t go unnoticed as we recognize and provide incentives for individuals that exceed in their performance. Candidate Experience: • Inbound Call Center: 2 years’ Experience (Required) • Financial Services minimum 1 year (Required) • Experience with Google Suite (Preferred) • Resourceful and well organized • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment and relate to all levels of staff and management and education. A laptop is required for TRAINING ONLY. Once training has been completed, Entech will ship all equipment necessary for the position. Schedule: • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time • Job Types: W2 Hourly, Full Time • 8-hour shift- plus overtime (according to business needs) Entech is an equal opportunity employer.
