Job Title: Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) Location: Work from Home (must live in the Jacksonville, FL area and be able to travel to office when required) JOB DESCRIPTION The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) works from home with customers via inbound/outbound calls. This position provides customer service support, medication enrollments and educates customers regarding client products and/or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at Concentrix, you will: • Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy. • Educate client customers on cost saving benefits. • Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) role include: • Strong customer service orientation • Attention to Detail • Ability to use sales rebuttals. • At least 6 months of experience • High School diploma or equivalent • Ability to type 20 WPM. • A passion for helping others.
