Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with potential candidates using various sourcing techniques. • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. • Maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet future hiring needs. • Ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all candidates. • Efficiently manage and update candidate information in our CRM system. Requirements: • A proactive, Type A personality that thrives in a flexible and self-driven environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM applications. • No prior experience in recruiting required; we believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill.
