Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to all employment inquiries, showcasing our unique culture. Conduct virtual interviews with candidates using our current software. Schedule and conduct applicant interviews efficiently (aim for 8-10 per day). Assist with digital onboarding paperwork. Act as the main point of contact for all incoming leads, swiftly converting them into interviews. Maintain and monitor our recruitment systems, adjusting settings as needed to achieve growth goals. Update job posts weekly to generate a high volume of applications. Develop creative recruitment strategies to overcome challenges and reach prospective candidates. Collaborate with branch staff to determine staffing needs and facilitate new hires.
Requirements
