Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: Responsible for providing thought leadership to clients in all aspects of the technology system lifecycle. Duties include but are not limited to developing a strategy and roadmap for client, leading RFP projects, acting as a utility player for HCM technology projects in the capacity of a client staff augmentation role, and occasionally working in the client system to update configuration or write reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): ? ??Evaluates client's existing HR landscape and commercial position and formulates a strategy and roadmap for client ? ??Supports RFP projects by acting as the senior consultant on assigned RFP engagements ? ??Provides functional area expertise to assist client resources with making technology support decisions ? ??Creates and maintains documents tracking market information about HCM technology vendors for the purpose of assisting clients with vendor selection, especially clients in the under 500 space ? ??Acts as functional lead or business analyst on assigned engagements representing the client on HCM technology implementations ? ??Acts as tester or test lead on assigned engagements representing the client on HCM technology implementations ? ??Makes configuration changes and updates security profiles by acting as the super user in client's system in support of break/fix or enhancement requests as needed ? ??Liaises with vendors on behalf of the client to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: ? ??Must be highly self-motivated and customer centric with exceptional time management skills ? ??Demonstrated ability and high desire to ensure customer success ? ??Knowledge of HRIS systems and how they interact / interface with each other ? ??Knowledge of the overall HR business process delivery model ? ??Ability to analyze system defects and quickly identifying solutions ? ??Ability to make configuration changes, thoroughly testing changes, and liaising with client for sign off to move to prod ? ??Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise under pressure ? ??Ability to work with a collaborative work style ? ??Ability to maintain strictest confidence ? ??Ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively ? ??Ability to effectively liaise with client SMEs and named contacts ? ??Skill in effectively using ticket systems such as ServiceNow ? ??Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Smartsheet highly desirable ? ??Skill in general report writing using application level tools ? ??Skill in independently learning, configuring and testing various HCM tools (Applicant Tracking Onboarding, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) Education, Training and Experience: ? ??Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and payroll system support ? ??Experience with a variety of HRIS and payroll systems required.
