As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Working under the guidance of our dedicated customer service supervisor, you'll handle telephone inquiries, manage customer accounts, process payments, and initiate cases for further investigation with utmost diligence and care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in seamlessly navigating the account opening process. Clearly communicate account terms, conditions, and policies to customers. Process account payments and perform end-of-shift cash-out procedures accurately. Maintain high-performance standards to ensure exceptional service delivery. Conduct account maintenance tasks such as changes, adjustments, and statement requests. Reach out to customers for additional account information as needed. Provide support in resolving customer concerns and correspondence. Prepare insightful reports including the CSR Daily Activity report and cash-out report.

Requirements

High School Diploma (some college preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in typing (30 words per minute). Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across various programs. Willingness to commute to our Union, NJ location (on-site opportunity). Successful completion of a background check and drug test. Job Details Initial 5-week training on-site in Union, NJ, followed by fully remote work from home. Compensation: $17.00/hour; $18.50/hour for bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
