Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Remote Contact Center team as Customer Service & Sales Representatives. Sales & Upselling

  • Identify sales opportunities during service interactions and confidently present relevant upgrades, add‑ons, or new product lines.
  • Explain the value proposition of arenaflex’s offerings in language that resonates with each customer’s unique situation.
  • Document sales activity accurately in the CRM system and meet or exceed established conversion metrics.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Essential Qualifications
