Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented, and dependable Remote Part-Time Financial Data Entry & Loan Notice Processing Specialist to join our growing operations team. This Associate-level position offers the unique flexibility of remote work combined with the intellectual engagement of working within the alternative asset management industry. As a vital member of our data operations group, you will play an essential role in reviewing syndicated loan notices, performing accurate manual data extraction, validating automated extraction outputs, and ensuring the integrity of financial information that supports our institutional clients worldwide.

This is not a casual, occasional side gig. While the position is officially classified as part-time, it offers regular, predictable hours structured around business needs. Most months, you can expect to work between 3 and 10 days, with core hours falling between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Shifts are scheduled in minimum four-hour increments, and during peak periods — typically two to three days per month — a minimum of eight hours per day is expected. • Manual Review and Data Extraction: Carefully reviewing syndicated loan notices received from borrowers, agents, and lending institutions to identify and extract critical data points for input into our proprietary systems and client databases.
• Automated Extraction Validation: Examining the results produced by our automated data extraction tools, identifying discrepancies, errors, or missing information, and correcting outputs to ensure data accuracy before final processing.
• Speed and Accuracy Focus: Consistently delivering high-quality work output while maintaining excellent throughput rates. The ability to balance speed with precision is fundamental to success in this role.
