Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Inside Sales & Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, your day-to-day contributions will directly shape the success of our sales pipeline, customer satisfaction ratings, and brand reputation. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and Outbound Sales Engagement: Handle a steady flow of incoming sales inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads. Your goal will be to convert initial conversations into scheduled home cleaning appointments, consistently meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Build, maintain, and optimize structured sales funnels that guide prospects from first contact to confirmed booking. Monitor conversion metrics and identify drop-off points to continuously improve the customer journey.
  • First-Cleaning Quality Oversight: Oversee the initial cleaning experience to ensure that new customers receive a seamless, high-quality introduction to arenaflex services. Coordinate with field teams to confirm scheduling accuracy and service expectations.
  • Post-Service Follow-Up and Retention: Reach out to clients after their cleaning appointments to gather feedback, resolve any concerns, and convert one-time customers into loyal, repeat clients. Deliver exceptional follow-up service through phone, text, and email communication channels.
  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer questions, scheduling changes, and service inquiries across multiple communication platforms, always maintaining a warm, professional, and empathetic tone.
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration: Contribute to digital marketing projects designed to increase lead generation, drive online bookings, and improve overall conversion rates. Your insights from customer interactions will help refine marketing messaging and campaign performance.
