[Remote] Service Operations Consultant I

The Service Operations Consultant I role focuses on supporting business functions and improving customer experiences through operational process enhancements and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines
  • With direction, participates in and contributes to operational process improvement projects that enhance the customer experience and service delivery
  • Owns, manages, and executes at least one critical recurring operational process to ensure consistent and high-quality service
  • Tracks individual performance, project milestones, and timelines to support timely and effective customer outcomes
  • Composes and communicates professionally in all interactions including phone calls, memos, letters, and emails, to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluates existing operational procedures and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • With some direction, supports the development, design, and implementation of new processes that improve operational effectiveness and the customer experience
  • Monitors due dates and deliverables to ensure timely completion and submission of materials, supporting a responsive and dependable customer experience

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree
  • 2 or more years of experience
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
