[Remote] SAP Data Migration Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant. The role involves leading data migration strategies and managing data-related projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and collaborating with various teams for successful data integration.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute SAP S/4HANA data migration strategy aligned with SAP Activate phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run)
- Lead data workstream planning, including migration waves, mock runs, and final cutover
- Manage WRICEF governance for data-related objects and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with functional teams for master and transactional data requirements
- Oversee ETL processes using SAP tools (LTMC, LSMW) and third-party solutions (SAP BODS), Syniti etc
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR) and data privacy standards
- Develop migration templates, validation scripts, and reconciliation reports
- Manage data quality initiatives, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities
- Collaborate with integration teams for data interfaces (IDoc, OData, APIs)
- Lead cutover planning and post-go-live data stabilization activities
Skills
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 7 years of experience with expertise in SAP Data Migration using tools like SAP BODS, SAP LTMC etc
- Should have Implementation & Support experience of projects
- Should be hands on in SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration and previously lead large scale Data Migration programs
- Hands on experience in Extraction, Transformation, Interface and Data loads from SAP/non-SAP sources to SAP S/4 ERP
