[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and key accounts, focusing on mobile security and infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outreach: Expect to actively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market verticals to expand market presence
  • Required to travel throughout territory to drive growth initiatives
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of EFOY fuel cells
  • Utilize Salesforce for accurate forecasting, tracking sales activities, and reporting on pipeline progress
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and gather market intelligence
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on market conditions and competitive positioning
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets and segments

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in business development or strategic sales, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Deep understanding of mobile surveillance technologies, infrastructure deployment, or alternative power systems is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of fuel cell technologies is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
