- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to facilitate product testing processes and collect valuable feedback
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to testers to ensure accurate and consistent testing results
- Address customer questions, concerns, and technical issues related to product testing activities
- Document customer interactions and test data accurately using our CRM and data management tools
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer insights and improve testing procedures
