[Remote] Epic Population Health Analyst

They are seeking an Epic Population Health Analyst to support the development, configuration, and implementation of initiatives within the Population Health domain, working with project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, configuration, and implementation of medium to large-scale initiatives within the Population Health domain
- Work together with project teams, operational stakeholders, and organizational leadership to define project scope
- Execute system build and validation
- Provide support during the implementation process
Skills
- Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose build experience
- Strong understanding of Compass Rose end-to-end workflow
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within structured timelines
- Knowledge or experience working with billing-related workflows and revenue cycle processes
- Experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose module implementations
