As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the development and success of groundbreaking products, leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for healthcare workers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams to bring your vision to life
  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation
  • Clearly define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
  • Lead agile development processes, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of products, all while collaborating remotely with global teams
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product
  • Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and growing products
  • Proven experience in remote work environments, including collaboration with global teams
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
