Job Description M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Attorney - New York - Hybrid Remote Founded in the 1970's, we are a full-service law firm with 150 attorneys across 6 states. The Associate will work on a mix of M&A transactions representing both buyers and sellers, including private equity and strategic transactions, along with general transactional and corporate matters. Represent buyers and sellers in M&A transactions Draft and negotiate corporate documents Advise on general corporate matters Interact directly with clients, including founders, portfolio company executives, sponsors, and family offices. Required: NY bar Recent M&A experience You should know some of the following: Private equity Stock and asset purchase agreements Operating, merger, and shareholder agreements Entity formation, commercial agreements Governance, compliance
