We are looking for a talented, empathetic, and resourceful Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our award-winning Customer Care team. This is not just another customer service job. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice, the problem-solver, and the trusted partner that our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Support: Handle 50+ inbound and outbound customer interactions per day via phone, email, live chat, and in-app messaging, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses that exceed expectations.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer issues, from missed pickups and delivery delays to quality concerns and billing inquiries, using sound judgment and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Managing Customer Complaints: Take ownership of escalated complaints, actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their experience, and provide fair, effective, and timely resolutions that rebuild trust and loyalty.
  • Coordinating with Drivers and Cleaning Partners: Liaise proactively with our network of drivers and dry cleaning partners to investigate service issues, relay customer feedback, and ensure consistent service quality across all touchpoints.
  • Multitasking Across Systems: Navigate multiple platforms and tools simultaneously, including our CRM, internal logistics dashboard, and communication apps, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thinking on Your Feet: Use your own initiative to make quick, confident decisions when standard procedures do not cover a unique situation, always keeping the customer's best interest at the forefront.
  • Providing Feedback to the Team: Identify recurring themes in customer feedback and share actionable insights with the operations, product, and partner success teams to drive continuous improvement across the business.

What You Will Bring: Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Two Years of Customer Care Experience: A proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as e-commerce, hospitality, retail, logistics, or a service-based business.

Training and Onboarding

Travel and accommodation costs will be fully covered by arenaflex, so you can focus entirely on learning and connecting with your new teammates.
