The Opportunity: Become the Voice of arenaflex

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven professionals to join our award-winning team in Richardson, Texas. This is a hybrid position based out of our 2270 Lakeside Blvd location, where you'll work in-center three to four days each week and remotely from home one to two days per week. Selected candidates must be able to reliably report to our Richardson facility as needed. This dual presence model is designed to provide the best of both worlds — the collaboration and energy of an in-person environment combined with the flexibility and comfort of remote work.

As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, serving as both a trusted advisor and a skilled problem-solver for our customers. Whether you're assisting a prospective customer in selecting the perfect wireless plan, helping an existing customer troubleshoot a connectivity issue, or recommending the latest devices and services that match their lifestyle, every interaction you have will be an opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and build lasting loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Sales Excellence: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during every customer interaction, recommending the right products, services, and offers to meet each customer's unique needs and lifestyle. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • New Service Setup: Guide prospective and new customers through the onboarding process, helping them select and activate the latest voice, internet, and wireless plans and devices available from arenaflex.
  • Account Management & Support: Address a wide range of existing customer needs, including billing inquiries, payment processing, plan changes, service upgrades, and account modifications, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting for internet, voice, and data service issues. When necessary, escalate complex problems to Tier 3 support while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
  • Product & Service Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of arenaflex's full portfolio of products, services, features, rate plans, and current promotional offers. Clearly explain bills, features, and plan details in simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication platforms, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in every exchange.
  • Record Keeping & Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, updates, and resolutions using multiple internal tools, systems, and platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Depending on business needs, receive cross-training to handle additional call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing adjustments, and advanced technical support.
  • Compliance & Standards: Adhere to all arenaflex policies, procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements, both in-center and while working remotely.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Picture yourself logging in each morning, equipped with the latest technology and resources to help customers navigate an ever-evolving landscape of communications services. Your day will be filled with meaningful conversations — moments where you help a family stay connected, assist a small business owner in upgrading their internet speed, or walk a senior through the features of a new smartphone. You'll spend time analyzing customer profiles, identifying opportunities to enhance their service packages, and recommending solutions that genuinely add value to their lives.

You'll work a set full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with structured breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure you're available when customers need you most. The environment is fast-paced and energetic, with a steady flow of inquiries that require quick thinking, empathy, and resourcefulness. Every day will be different, and every interaction will be an opportunity to shine.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing role is required. Experience in sales-driven environments is a strong plus.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work any shift during our hours of operation, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
  • Reliable Transportation & Reporting: Ability to reliably commute to our Richardson, TX location for in-center workdays.
  • Work-From-Home Readiness: For remote days, you must have verified high-speed internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated), an established workspace (desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection), and the ability to participate in workspace audits as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using multiple computer systems, tools, and platforms simultaneously, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Self-Discipline & Accountability: Demonstrated ability to remain productive, focused, and accountable while working independently from a remote location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior telecommunications, wireless, or technology sales experience.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
  • Experience working in hybrid or remote customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, billing platforms, and contact center tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer service environment.

Compensation & Earning Potential

At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding performance and providing opportunities for significant earning potential. Our Premier Service Consultants earn a competitive base wage of $600.00 – $696.50 per week, with the opportunity to earn up to $36,000 annually in commissions when sales goals are achieved. Your individual starting salary will depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
