We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-obsessed Creative Specialist to join our in-store team. In this role, you will serve as an educator, mentor, and brand ambassador, leading group sessions and one-on-one interactions that transform first-time buyers into lifelong enthusiasts. Position Overview

The Creative Specialist – Customer Education, Training & In-Store Experience is a front-line ambassador for arenaflex. Your primary responsibility is to inspire and educate customers, helping them unlock the full potential of their devices and discover new ways to bring their ideas to life. You will lead scheduled training sessions, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and provide personalized guidance to customers across all skill levels — from curious beginners to seasoned power users.

This role blends the art of teaching with the heart of customer service. You will be entrusted with shaping the in-store learning culture, supporting your fellow team members, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling more confident, capable, and inspired than when they arrived.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging small-group training sessions on product features, creative workflows, and practical use cases tailored to customer interests and skill levels.
  • Deliver one-on-one personalized instruction to customers, adapting your teaching style to match each learner's pace, background, and goals.
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for store visitors between scheduled sessions, offering guidance, answering questions, and creating memorable experiences.
  • Listen actively to customers to understand their aspirations, challenges, and desired outcomes, then guide them toward the right tools, techniques, and solutions.
  • Facilitate device setup, initial configuration, and onboarding to ensure customers leave the store confident in using their new purchases.
  • Maintain a deep, current understanding of arenaflex products, software ecosystems, accessories, and services, and share that expertise generously with customers and teammates.
  • Recommend additional in-store support options — such as business services, technical support, and specialized consultations — when appropriate.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive store environment where every visitor feels valued, respected, and inspired to explore.
  • Collaborate with team members to support store operations, assist with floor coverage, and contribute to a culture of shared learning.
  • Uphold arenaflex's values of inclusion, diversity, and accessibility in every customer interaction and team activity.
  • Adhere to a structured training and session schedule while remaining flexible and responsive to evolving business needs.
  • Stay current on product updates, software releases, and emerging creative trends to continuously elevate the quality of instruction.

  • Proven passion for education, mentorship, and helping others learn through hands-on, experiential teaching.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and energize small groups of varied skill levels simultaneously.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to tailor communication to individual customer needs and learning styles.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and disciplined, with a strong commitment to following a tightly structured session schedule.
  • Comfort with the full sales process, including identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting teammates in achieving store goals.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and supportive team environment.
  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to embrace new ideas, feedback, and approaches.

  • Prior experience in retail training, customer education, classroom instruction, or a related teaching role.
