Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Serve as the primary strategic liaison and day‑to‑day contact for senior executives, ensuring a seamless and proactive client experience.
  • Drive the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and advocacy.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by analyzing client usage patterns, performance metrics, and industry trends.

  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of high‑quality social content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on executive thought leadership, guiding clients on best practices for audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards, benchmark performance, and recommend optimizations to improve reach and impact.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the product team, influencing roadmap decisions based on real‑world client usage.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a unified client experience and consistent messaging.
  • Relay client insights to inform go‑to‑market strategies, feature enhancements, and new service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Content Creation team to guarantee that deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client‑facing role within a SaaS, agency, or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with major social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and a solid grasp of social analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft clear, persuasive messages for executive audiences.
  • Strong project‑management capabilities, including the ability to juggle multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives.
