As a frontline member of the arenaflex monitoring team, you will be entrusted with critical tasks that directly affect the safety of our customers. Your daily duties will include:

  • Emergency Signal Management: Receive, assess, and prioritize alarm notifications from residential and commercial clients.
  • Verification Process: Promptly verify the authenticity of each alarm signal through established protocols, ensuring false alarms are minimized.
  • Authority Dispatch: Coordinate with police, fire, EMS, and private security providers to dispatch the appropriate responders when a genuine emergency is confirmed.
  • Customer Communication: Provide calm, clear, and empathetic communication to callers, gathering essential details while reassuring them that help is on the way.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in the monitoring system for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, senior analysts, and technical support staff to resolve complex incidents and improve response procedures.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, drills, and performance reviews to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a role that involved direct interaction with customers, preferably in a call‑center or support environment.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to commit to full‑time schedules (10‑hour, 12‑hour, or 8‑hour shifts).

  • Geographic Requirement: Must reside within a 45‑minute commute of Manasquan, New Jersey, to attend on‑site training (January 2nd, 2024). After training, remote work is possible for qualified candidates.
