Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Corporate Travel Management (CTM) team. This role is pivotal in supporting arenaflex’s travel management partners, ensuring accurate data capture, contract compliance, and revenue optimization across our corporate travel portfolio. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our dynamic, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders—including sales, finance, legal, and marketing—to translate complex travel agreements into actionable data that drives strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary data authority for arenaflex’s corporate travel management (CTM) accounts, handling end‑to‑end data entry and validation for all travel contracts and agreements.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with travel management companies (TMCs) to understand their business travel requirements and translate them into precise data sets.
  • Utilize strong analytical judgment to price, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring maximum revenue capture while maintaining compliance with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk teams to draft, review, and finalize contract terms, guaranteeing that all data points align with regulatory standards and internal risk thresholds.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, and contract performance metrics, generating regular reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to create data‑driven promotional initiatives that support sales pipelines and brand positioning.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of TMC account setups, including contract negotiations, pricing analysis, and ongoing data maintenance.
  • Coordinate with finance to reconcile revenue forecasts, commission structures, and contract execution milestones.
  • Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to position arenaflex strategically within the corporate travel market.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects that streamline data workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate revenue targets, ensuring arenaflex remains competitively positioned in key markets.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all contract negotiations, amendments, and performance metrics to support audit readiness and strategic decision‑making.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in external sales, preferably within the corporate travel or related service industry.
  • Associate’s degree required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong data‑entry skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the airline or travel industry, especially with corporate travel management solutions.
  • Familiarity with travel industry data sources such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building collaborative relationships across multiple departments.
  • Ability to design and implement cross‑functional processes that improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of juggling competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex contract data, identify revenue opportunities, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and contract documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Skilled at navigating contract discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with legal, finance, marketing, and sales teams to drive shared objectives.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable learning new software platforms, data‑management tools, and industry‑specific systems.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service to TMC partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment, adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
