Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk & Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our accounting and sales operations. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Accurately entering sales orders, invoices, and customer information into our CRM and accounting systems.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date records for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory tracking.
  • Processing inbound and outbound mail, preparing deposits, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Generating routine reports for the finance team, highlighting discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Supporting the sales department by updating lead statuses, scheduling follow‑up communications, and ensuring data integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to resolve data‑related issues quickly and efficiently.
