Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, experienced Content Lead to spearhead the Customer Experience Training function. In this pivotal role, you will own the end‑to‑end content strategy, curriculum design, and delivery of learning solutions that empower our sales force to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts, product specialists, and cross‑functional partners to ensure that every piece of training material is accurate, engaging, inclusive, and aligned with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Content Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data‑driven content strategy that aligns with arenaflex’s Customer Operations goals, sales performance targets, and brand values.
  • Curriculum Architecture: Design, write, and structure learning curricula that are progressive, modular, and adaptable to diverse learner needs, incorporating adult‑learning principles and best‑in‑class instructional design models.
  • Learning Asset Production: Lead the creation of a wide variety of learning assets—including e‑learning modules, instructor‑led training decks, video scripts, interactive simulations, job aids, and micro‑learning nuggets—ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding.
  • Collaboration with SMEs: Partner with subject‑matter experts, sales leaders, product managers, and compliance teams to gather content, validate accuracy, and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling learning experiences.
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Implement rigorous QA processes, conduct regular content audits, and leverage learner feedback and performance data to refine and enhance all training materials.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize arenaflex’s Learning Management System (LMS) and emerging technologies—such as AI‑driven personalization, AR/VR simulations, and adaptive learning platforms—to deliver scalable, measurable training solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects, establish realistic timelines, allocate resources, and communicate status updates to stakeholders, ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑quality content.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze learning metrics, conduct post‑training assessments, and prepare executive‑level reports that highlight impact, ROI, and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, instructional design innovations, and e‑learning authoring tools, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning within arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in instructional design, content development, or learning architecture, preferably within retail, e‑commerce, or consumer‑facing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer‑service principles into effective, performance‑driven learning programs.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory, ADDIE, SAM, or comparable instructional design frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex learning initiatives on schedule and within budget.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for storytelling, scriptwriting, and simplifying technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate) and LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Creative mindset focused on designing interactive, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging—demonstrated through past work or advocacy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% for stakeholder workshops, train‑the‑trainer sessions, and on‑site program launches.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with AI‑enhanced learning platforms, micro‑learning delivery, or immersive technologies (AR/VR).
  • Background in sales enablement, revenue operations, or customer experience strategy.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Instructional Design (CIPD, ATD).
  • Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for reporting learning impact.
  • Multilingual capabilities to support global training rollouts.
