  • Personalized Touches: Craft welcome notes, arrange surprise elements, and communicate client preferences to hotels at least one week before departure.
  • Documentation & Guidance: Prepare and deliver travel documents, itineraries, and tips (digital or hard copy) no later than three weeks prior to departure, advising clients on what to print and what to keep digital.
