Position Overview

The Remote Home-Based Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist is a pivotal member of the Travel Department at arenaflex. You will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and verifying client information, travel bookings, expense records, and related data across multiple platforms. Your work ensures the integrity of our database, directly influencing the quality of service our travel advisors provide and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management

  • Accurately input client profiles, itinerary details, vendor contracts, and expense reports into arenaflex’s CRM and spreadsheet systems.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of all client interactions, ensuring every touchpoint is documented for future reference.
  • Generate and organize reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets that support decision‑making across the Travel Department.

Quality Assurance & Accuracy

  • Conduct rigorous reviews of entered data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Implement validation checks and cross‑reference data against source documents to guarantee completeness.
  • Document any data discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly.

Timely Processing & Performance Metrics

  • Prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry deadlines, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
