Key Responsibilities

  • Excel Order Processing: Process incoming Excel-based orders, including both Macro-enabled and standard spreadsheets, with a high degree of proficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data that drives critical order fulfillment workflows.
  • Paper Order Management: Handle and process incoming paper orders from both individual consumers and the Corporate Sales Division in a timely manner, consistently meeting demanding deadlines and production schedules.
  • Customer Gift History Processing: Accurately process and maintain customer gift history records, ensuring that all historical data is correctly captured, updated, and accessible for future reference, repeat orders, and personalized service initiatives.
  • Communication Management: Manage all incoming communications—including phone calls, emails, and faxes—in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner while consistently meeting established accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Business and Product Knowledge Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain up-to-date business and product knowledge by utilizing all available internal resources, training materials, and reference tools. Staying informed is essential to delivering excellent customer service and accurate order processing.
  • Fax and Email Order Processing: Process orders received via fax and email with precision, ensuring that all details are correctly captured, confirmed, and routed through the appropriate fulfillment channels.
