As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams — including repair technicians, manufacturing staff, logistics personnel, and management.   • Repair Management & End-to-End Oversight: You will own the full lifecycle of customer repair requests — from the moment a request is initiated all the way through to final delivery. This includes coordinating across arenaflex's Bartlesville location and potentially our Warminster, Pennsylvania facility, ensuring that repairs are handled with precision, timeliness, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing & Data Accuracy: Entering and managing repair information with meticulous attention to detail is a cornerstone of this role. You will follow established internal processes to ensure that every order is logged correctly, processed efficiently, and tracked accurately throughout its journey. Precision here directly impacts customer trust and operational efficiency at arenaflex.
  • Scheduling Coordination & KPI Achievement: Working closely with repair technicians, you will prioritize repair assignments, balance workloads, and ensure that schedules align with agreed-upon delivery timelines. You will actively contribute to meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that arenaflex tracks in areas such as delivery punctuality, revenue generation, workplace safety, quality outcomes, and operational integrity.

When capacity constraints, material shortages, urgent repair requests, or unexpected customer issues arise, you will lead the charge in developing and executing resolution strategies.   • Order Completion & Invoicing Accuracy: Processing Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications is a key responsibility that requires both technical accuracy and a customer-centric mindset.   • Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Beyond day-to-day operations, you will regularly run reports, analyze operational data, and identify trends or bottlenecks that impact performance.   • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in customer service, order management, repair coordination, or a closely related function. Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or repair services environments is particularly valued.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a proven track record of handling complex customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach even in challenging situations.
