Maintain accurate documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and pertinent client information in alignment with organizational protocols and HIPAA regulations. Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and opportunities for professional development. Stay abreast of current best practices, emerging research, and trends within the mental health landscape. Uphold ethical standards and uphold confidentiality obligations in accordance with legal mandates and organizational policies.
Requirements
Possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Hold licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an active state license and a clean disciplinary record. Demonstrate proficiency in clinical social work practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations. Display comfort with technology and a willingness to adapt to remote platforms.
