Position Overview – Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join our nationwide payroll operations team. This role is 100 % remote (U.S.‑based) with a preference for candidates residing in Arizona or the Central Time Zone. You will be the backbone of our payroll and commission processing workflow, ensuring that every entry is accurate, timely, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.

As a key member of the arenaflex payroll hub, you will collaborate with sales, finance, and customer support teams, translating complex order information into clean, actionable data that drives payroll execution and commission payouts. Core Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Validation: Enter pre‑ and post‑sales information, order details, and payment records into multiple arenaflex systems with a focus on zero‑error accuracy.
  • Order Lifecycle Management: Initiate new service orders, coordinate installation schedules, and track progress from request to fulfillment.
  • Payroll & Commission Processing: Translate order data into payroll entries, calculate commissions, and ensure that all figures align with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
  • Ad‑Hoc Project Support: Lead or assist with special projects generated by arenaflex sales channels, including process improvements, data audits, and system migrations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate and distribute routine reports, draft client correspondence, and maintain comprehensive records of all payroll activities.
  • Customer & Internal Communication: Educate internal teams and external customers on arenaflex products and services, respond to inquiries, and route complex issues to appropriate resources.
  • Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed monthly performance standards for data entry accuracy, productivity, and timeliness.
