Role Overview – Member Service Professional (MSP) – Centurion Lounge, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)

The Member Service Professional (MSP) is the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex, delivering a world‑class, personalized experience to our most valued Card Members within the exclusive Centurion Lounge at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This role blends hospitality, concierge expertise, and brand stewardship, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s promise of “the world’s best customer experience.” You will work closely with a dynamic team, leveraging your passion for service, problem‑solving agility, and deep knowledge of travel and lifestyle offerings to create moments that turn members into lifelong advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Impressions: Greet Card Members with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile, managing check‑in procedures and ensuring seamless access to the lounge.
  • Personalized Concierge Service: Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored travel recommendations, reservation assistance, and lifestyle suggestions that align with each member’s preferences.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold arenaflex’s brand standards at all times, embodying the company’s values of integrity, respect, and customer‑first thinking.
  • Issue Resolution: Anticipate and resolve member concerns swiftly, employing creative problem‑solving techniques to turn challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.

Essential Qualifications
