Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated, client‑focused professional to join the arenaflex Answer Team as a Remote Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients contacting our call center, handling a wide range of inquiries—from enrollment and billing to technical support and commission questions. Your goal will be to deliver first‑call resolution for the majority of interactions, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and fully supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for inbound client communications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Accurately identify, research, and resolve client issues, achieving a first‑call resolution rate of 90‑95%.
  • Process enrollment requests, billing adjustments, commission inquiries, and group administration tasks with precision.
  • Provide technical assistance for arenaflex platforms, guiding clients through troubleshooting steps and system navigation.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, IT, and Finance—to escalate complex issues and drive timely solutions.
  • Identify recurring pain points and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives using root‑cause analysis techniques.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing forums to enhance technical acumen and customer‑service skills.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s brand promise by delivering empathetic, courteous, and solution‑oriented service in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Prior experience in a call‑center or remote customer‑service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a client‑facing orientation.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to think analytically under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self‑motivation and discipline to thrive in a work‑from‑home setting.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Pay Range: $17.00 – $31.30 per hour (or equivalent annual salary), based on experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
