What You’ll Do as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist
As a Remote Casino & Hospitality Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the face and voice of our nationwide hotel, casino, and resort operations. You will interact with thousands of guests every week through phone, live chat, and email, delivering exceptional service that reflects the arenaflex brand of friendliness, professionalism, and care. Your work will directly influence guest satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the First Point of Connection: Communicate with players and guests via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is seamless, informative, and leaves a positive lasting impression.
- Master Our Systems: Navigate multiple internal tools and platforms simultaneously to view guest account statuses, review histories, and pull up relevant property information in real time.
- Deliver Exclusive Service: Provide an elevated level of customer service during every conversation that demonstrates genuine friendliness, empathy, and a commitment to building long-term value in the arenaflex brand.
- Assist with Reservations: For applicable properties, help guests book hotel reservations, share relevant property information, and address inquiries while maintaining company conversion rate expectations.
- Manage Phone Operations: Answer and transfer inbound phone calls efficiently, and execute outbound calls when needed to follow up on guest needs or provide proactive support.
- Answer Questions with Confidence: Address guest questions about arenaflex hotel properties, casino offerings, loyalty account information, and upcoming property events with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Escalate with Purpose: Follow established standard operating procedures to escalate issues to property personnel when needed, and use available resources to find solutions for any question you cannot immediately answer.
- Maintain Performance Excellence: Deliver exceptional results in customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive, patient, and professional tone regardless of the situation.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leaders and fellow team members to stay current on daily property happenings and backend system updates that impact the guest experience.
