  • Assist members in navigating the arenaflex portal, locating pharmacy locations, and understanding claim statuses.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to medication coverage, prior authorizations, and eligibility.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal data‑security policies.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists or appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the member’s experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and knowledge‑base updates to stay current on PBM policies and industry regulations.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, while remaining flexible to accommodate peak call‑volume periods as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, or military service).

  • Excellent telephone etiquette, professionalism, and a genuine desire to improve members’ quality of life.
  • Reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts and flexibility to adjust hours during peak periods.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to strict compliance.
