Role Overview

Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will engage with new and prospective customers via telephone, email, and live chat. You will guide shoppers through the browsing and ordering process, answer order‑related questions, and collect actionable feedback that informs product and service improvements. The role is initially temporary, with the potential to transition to a permanent position after three months for high‑performing associates who consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to all inbound and outbound communications during your scheduled shift (Friday‑Sunday, 2 pm‑10 pm EST) in a friendly, relatable, and brand‑aligned manner.

  • Project Support: Volunteer for ad‑hoc initiatives, such as beta‑testing new features, creating knowledge‑base articles, or assisting with seasonal campaigns.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer contacts, resolutions, and escalations in arenaflex’s CRM system.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑service, support, or related role, preferably within e‑commerce or fashion.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
