Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to support arenaflex’s corporate travel management operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to travel management companies (TMCs), manage complex contracts, and ensure accurate revenue tracking for our airline’s business‑travel segment. The position is full‑time, 8 hours per day, and offers a competitive rate of $26 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TMC accounts, delivering exceptional service and building long‑term partnerships.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with corporate travel managers to drive repeat business and increase market share.
  • Analyze pricing, negotiate contracts, and manage the full contract lifecycle with minimal supervision, always aiming for the highest possible revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk teams to draft and finalize contract terms that protect arenaflex’s interests while meeting client needs.
  • Monitor revenue, quotas, and contract performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement to create promotional initiatives that support sales pipelines and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new TMC accounts, including contract signing, system setup, and training on arenaflex’s travel platforms.
  • Work closely with the revenue operations team to track and report on sales performance, commissions, and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify market trends and competitive insights through data analysis, helping the organization position itself strategically in the corporate travel market.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans that align with arenaflex’s broader commercial strategy, ensuring the airline remains a top choice for business travelers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; alternatively, four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in external sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or related service industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with arenaflex Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong data entry accuracy.
  • Legal Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport across multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in airline or corporate travel sales.
  • Familiarity with travel industry data sources such as arenaflex data platforms (formerly Curve and Crystal).
  • Experience using CRM tools—specifically arenaflex (formerly Salesforce)—to manage pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop cross‑functional, collaborative relationships with internal teams such as finance, legal, marketing, and operations.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions and improve revenue outcomes.
