The arenaflex Contact Center is a vibrant, mission‑driven community of Tier 1 agents who specialize in loyalty program support. Our agents are the first point of contact for customers who have questions about points, rewards, account status, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
