Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Validation: Execute precise data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of paid media datasets sourced from internal platforms and external partners.
  • Insight Generation: Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports that illuminate performance trends, cost efficiencies, and ROI across global campaigns.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to identify optimization opportunities, align on business objectives, and translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Advanced Analytics Projects: Lead ad‑hoc research initiatives, including media mix modeling, attribution analysis, and predictive forecasting, using SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Craft clear, concise presentations and written reports that convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, influencing decision‑making at the executive level.
  • Tool Development & Automation: Build reusable data pipelines and automated reporting solutions to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and visualization processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business analytics, data analysis, or consulting within an online commerce environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least one major BI/visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, QuickSight).
  • Proven track record of using Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
