This position offers a clear pathway from entry‑level responsibilities to advanced career opportunities, supported by robust training, mentorship, and a vibrant workplace culture.

Position Overview

Our Customer Service Representative (Service Rep 5) role is an entry‑level position that blends on‑site training with the flexibility of a Home Office Program. After completing an intensive, hands‑on training period at our Florence, Kentucky campus, high‑performing team members may transition to a remote work arrangement, provided they meet performance standards, maintain appropriate work conditions, and have the required technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, and social media) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze client concerns, identify root causes, and deliver timely, accurate solutions that align with arenaflex policies and client expectations.
  • System Utilization: Efficiently navigate arenaflex’s suite of internal platforms, CRM tools, and data entry systems to retrieve information, update records, and process transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex’s product portfolio, including banking, credit, and investment services, to provide informed guidance.
  • Risk Management: Recognize potential compliance or fraud risks, escalating issues according to established protocols while safeguarding the firm’s reputation.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancements, share best practices with peers, and participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including sales, compliance, and technical support—to resolve complex client scenarios.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer‑focused role, preferably within financial services, telecommunications, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong command of Windows operating systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, including experience with a 10‑key numeric keypad.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple systems and platforms simultaneously without compromising service quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with arenaflex‑specific platforms or similar financial service software.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC) and risk assessment procedures.
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., HDI, CCSP) or related fields.
  • College coursework or a degree in business, finance, communications, or a related discipline.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional post‑secondary education or relevant certifications are considered a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and personal development.

  • Health & Wellness: Immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision coverage; on‑site fitness center and medical facility.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with company match to help you build a secure future.
  • Professional Growth: Tuition reimbursement, career development programs, and internal mobility pathways.
  • Work‑Life Balance: Flexible work strategies, including the option to transition to a Home Office environment after successful training.
  • Additional Perks: Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays), employee assistance programs, and performance‑based incentive awards.

  • Self‑paced e‑learning courses accessible through the arenaflex Learning Portal.
  • Mentorship programs pairing you with seasoned professionals who provide guidance, feedback, and career advice.
