As a Scheduling and Customer Service Agent on the 2nd (evening) shift, you will be the voice that shapes that first impression. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Objection Handling: Listen actively to uncover objections, respond with empathy, and guide callers toward a positive resolution.
  • Technical Acumen: Quickly learn and apply product knowledge across multiple industries, from home inspection to handyman services.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively resolve customer issues, escalating only when necessary, and always seeking ways to improve the caller experience.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Minimum four (4) years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
