The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm EST, and you may work from any location worldwide as long as you can meet the scheduled hours.

  • Provide accurate information about container specifications, pricing, availability, and shipping logistics.
  • Identify sales opportunities within chat conversations and proactively suggest suitable container solutions.
  • Document chat transcripts in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to confirm inventory, arrange deliveries, and resolve any order‑related issues.
