The e‑Fulfilment Specialist is the backbone of arenaflex’s document processing pipeline. By reviewing, filing, and tracking legal documents through our proprietary online platforms, you ensure that critical filings reach the right courts and parties on time, every time. Your work directly supports attorneys, paralegals, and corporate counsel who rely on arenaflex to keep their cases moving forward without delay. In a highly regulated industry, accuracy and speed are not just goals—they are imperatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming legal documents—such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and contracts—using arenaflex’s secure internal systems and email portals.
  • File documents electronically in the appropriate court or client portal, adhering to jurisdiction‑specific filing rules and deadlines.
  • Perform quality‑control checks to verify that each filing meets formatting, naming, and content standards before submission.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, missing information, or system errors in real time, collaborating with the e‑Fulfilment and e‑Filing teams as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share meetings to stay current on industry regulations, software updates, and best practices.
  • Document process improvements, suggest workflow enhancements, and contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with special projects, such as bulk data migrations, system testing, and the development of new filing templates.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all filings, ensuring audit‑ready documentation for internal and external reviews.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business administration, legal studies, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: No prior professional experience is required; however, any background in data entry, clerical work, or legal support will be advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based platforms.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 50–60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining error‑free output.
