Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative for AirBNB, your role will be multifaceted, challenging, and highly rewarding. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilizing leading technologies and systems to manage customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrating active listening skills and leveraging probing questions to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, playing a critical role in reducing churn and enhancing customer retention.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment, where collaboration and mutual respect are valued.
