Core Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like As a Customer Service Specialist for Introverts, you will be the trusted liaison between our clients and our operational team. Your day will blend physical activity with thoughtful customer interaction, ensuring each home you service feels safe, clean, and cared for.

• Perform thorough, detail‑oriented residential cleaning and sanitizing tasks, following arenaflex standards for safety and quality.
• Develop and nurture long‑lasting relationships with clients, remembering preferences and special requests to provide a personalized experience.
• Document completed work in our digital tracking system, allowing both you and the client to see exactly what has been accomplished each day.
• Communicate any client concerns or special needs promptly to the operations manager, ensuring swift resolution.
