About arenaflex

arenaflex is a forward-thinking organization operating at the intersection of logistics, technology, and data-driven decision making. In a world where supply chains are the backbone of global commerce, the accuracy and reliability of information is not just a back-office concern—it is a strategic advantage. arenaflex partners with some of the most dynamic logistics and distribution networks in the United States, and our remote workforce is the engine that keeps those operations running with precision. We are committed to building a distributed team of professionals who value flexibility, accountability, and continuous learning. Joining arenaflex means becoming part of a culture that treats data as a craft, accuracy as a discipline, and remote work as a genuine long-term career path rather than a temporary arrangement.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support arenaflex’s logistics operations. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in the United States, designed for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work on a consistent basis. The role is well suited to early-career professionals seeking to build a foundation in data management, as well as experienced data entry operators who are looking for the stability of a permanent remote position with a growth-oriented employer.

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day functioning of our logistics and supply chain systems. Your work will directly support the integrity of information that drives shipping coordination, inventory visibility, and customer fulfillment. You will input, verify, audit, and reconcile data across multiple platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teammates, and contribute to process improvements that make our operations faster, cleaner, and more reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain a high volume of records in arenaflex databases, internal platforms, and operational dashboards with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile data discrepancies by cross-referencing source documents, system outputs, and partner-submitted records to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, audits, and validation routines to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies, and take corrective action before issues escalate.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and partner departments to troubleshoot data-related issues, investigate root causes, and implement durable solutions.
  • Follow established data entry procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines to maintain consistency, standardization, and audit readiness.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, adhering strictly to arenaflex data protection and privacy protocols.
  • Prepare and deliver timely status updates, daily activity reports, and completion summaries to team leads and operations management.
  • Maintain organized digital records, file structures, and password-protected access credentials in accordance with internal security policies.
  • Provide courteous and professional support when responding to internal inquiries related to data, records, or system entries.
  • Contribute ideas for improving workflows, reducing manual touchpoints, and increasing the overall efficiency of data operations.

Technical and Operational Support Duties

In addition to core data entry responsibilities, this role provides general technical and operational support for network infrastructure, internal workspace systems, and end-user computing environments. Specific duties in this area include:

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware used by remote team members.
  • Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and basic administration of internal systems, servers, and connectivity tools.
  • Supporting the use of business applications and platforms, including project systems (such as SPLUS, ETPS2, E2K, and comparable environments), email clients, and operating systems.
  • Responding to user questions and resolving common computer, software, and access issues in person, by phone, or through remote support sessions.
  • Maintaining password integrity, file structure security, and proper user access controls across assigned systems.
  • Documenting support interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues to help identify trends and training opportunities.

Location and Travel

The primary work location for this position is designated as TXALG. Potential secondary or alternate work locations may include TXDFW and TXDAL. Limited travel between offices may be required for training, team events, or operational needs; however, the role is fundamentally a remote position and day-to-day work is performed from a home office.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Excellent typing skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to verifying information.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet daily and weekly targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a remote team.
  • Comfort with using computers, web-based platforms, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional certification in data entry, office administration, information management, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with data entry software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, or logistics management systems (LMS).
  • Prior experience supporting logistics, shipping, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with basic IT support concepts, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and user account administration.
  • Exposure to project systems such as SPLUS, ETPS2, or E2K is a plus.

Skills and Competencies for Success

  • Accuracy First Mindset: You understand that in data work, small mistakes can have large downstream effects, and you build checks into your process to prevent them.
  • Self-Management: You can structure your day, manage distractions, and stay productive without constant oversight.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable learning new systems, adjusting to changing priorities, and navigating ambiguity.
  • Problem Solving: You do not just flag issues; you investigate them, propose solutions, and follow through.
  • Communication: You write clearly, ask good questions, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Integrity: You handle confidential information with discretion and hold yourself to high ethical standards.
  • Team Collaboration: You contribute positively to group discussions, share knowledge, and support your peers.

  • Cross-functional exposure to logistics, customer operations, and technology teams.
