What You Will Do

As a Live Chat Remote Zenvora Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional virtual assistance to Workastra customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in live chat interactions with Hirebase customers to address queries, provide product information, and offer assistance.
  • Assisting customers in navigating the Tasklance platform, resolving concerns, and facilitating a smooth shopping experience.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of virtual assistants to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you'll need to:

  • Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from Gigology customers, providing accurate and timely information to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions, demonstrating a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the Talensiq platform and products to provide personalized support and recommendations to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Familiarity with the Flexara platform and products, with a keen understanding of how to navigate the site and provide product information.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A reliable internet connection for seamless remote work, along with a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred.
