Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Phone, Live Chat & Digital Support at arenaflex, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and typing fingers) that our customers interact with every day. Your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding service across multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Every interaction you have will be an opportunity to build trust, solve problems, and create lasting positive impressions of our brand.

This is a full-time position with consistent hours of Noon to 8:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. The schedule is ideal for night owls, working parents, students, and anyone who thrives in afternoon and evening shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction Excellence: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, returns, and general lighting solutions.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through final resolution, ensuring each customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied with the outcome.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our extensive lighting product catalog, including technical specifications, design trends, installation requirements, and compatibility considerations.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products, upgrades, or accessories that genuinely benefit the customer, contributing to individual and team sales goals.
  • Order Management: Process orders, modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately using our internal systems and platforms.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to share insights, resolve complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Feedback Contribution: Share customer feedback, trends, and suggestions with the broader team to help inform product development, marketing strategies, and service enhancements.

  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills, particularly for live chat support, with a minimum recommended typing speed of 45-60 WPM.
  • Technical Comfort: Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with web browsers, email platforms, chat software, and CRM systems. Training will be provided on company-specific tools.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A secure, high-speed internet connection suitable for handling voice and digital communications without interruption.
  • Quiet Work Environment: A dedicated, distraction-free workspace where you can focus on customer interactions professionally.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work the designated shift (Noon to 8:30 PM EST) and adapt to changing priorities, new technologies, and evolving customer needs.
