  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to chat functionality, mobile app usage, and account access, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Promoting Platform Benefits: Proactively inform gig workers about the full range of features, promotions, and earning opportunities available through arenaflex, encouraging deeper engagement and active platform use.
  • Documentation and Escalation: Carefully document every interaction, capture user feedback, and escalate unresolved or complex queries to the relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to help arenaflex enhance its support processes, user experience, and product offerings based on real-world gig worker interactions.
