  • Email Distribution: Dispatch organized data packets to internal posting teams, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of any special handling instructions.
  • Accuracy Verification: Perform meticulous cross‑checks between posted listings and original auction feeds, maintaining a target accuracy rate of 95% or higher.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and correct complex data mismatches, collaborating with posting specialists to resolve issues before they affect live listings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive logs of data imports, posting outcomes, and corrective actions, providing an audit trail that supports continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest workflow enhancements, template refinements, and automation opportunities that boost efficiency and reduce manual error.
