About the Role

This fully remote, full‑time position is designed for individuals who excel in fast‑paced call‑center environments, love helping others, and are fluent in both English and Spanish. You will work from a HIPAA‑compliant home office, using arenaflex‑provided equipment and technology to connect with members, register them for programs, and ensure they receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for multiple health and wellness incentive programs, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Accurately document each interaction by taking detailed notes, summarizing member concerns, and logging outcomes in arenaflex’s CRM systems.
  • Listen attentively to member questions, provide clear explanations, and resolve issues in accordance with arenaflex’s policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Register members into wellness programs, administer health assessments, and execute retention campaigns that encourage ongoing participation.
  • Guide members through arenaflex’s wellness portals, assist with catalog item orders, and troubleshoot navigation challenges.
  • Manage multiple software interfaces—including Five9, Microsoft Teams, and arenaflex‑specific wellness platforms—simultaneously while maintaining data integrity.
  • Adhere to best practices for HIPAA compliance, safeguarding protected health information (PHI) at every step of the interaction.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance benchmarks, such as call handling time, quality scores, and enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data analytics, program management, and technical support—to relay member feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to stay current on health‑industry trends and arenaflex product updates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of proven customer service experience in a call‑center environment, preferably within health, insurance, or wellness sectors.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex health concepts clearly in both languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance‑driven goals, including call volume, quality metrics, and enrollment targets.
  • Proficiency with multiple software platforms, especially Five9 and Microsoft Teams; comfort navigating new interfaces quickly.
  • Strong typing speed of at least 65 words per minute, ensuring efficient documentation and data entry.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace that meets HIPAA standards.
  • Excellent attendance record, punctuality, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Commitment to upholding arenaflex’s HIPAA and HITRUST security requirements at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with health‑related incentive programs, wellness assessments, or member engagement initiatives.
  • Certification or training in health coaching, medical terminology, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or other healthcare data platforms.
  • Previous remote work experience, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume call environments while maintaining quality and empathy.
